Host/Reservationist
We are looking for candidates who are attentive, personable, communicative and great at problem solving.
Building guest and concierge relationships has been paramount to the success of the restaurant within this role.
We are a neighborhood restaurant that caters to locals and you will find success within this role if you’re able to remember our guests' faces, names, requests and to be able to welcome each guest as family.
You will be expected to keep up with our establishment’s policies and procedures, menu knowledge and frequently asked questions.
Applicants must have:
•Prior hosting experience (restaurant or fine dining preferable).
•Prior experience with understanding reservation systems (Open Table or RESY).
•Ability and willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays (Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights) Dinner service, operating Tuesday-Sunday from 3:30pm-11pm, Lunch Services operating Thursday-Saturday from 11am-3:30pm.
•For Part time, a work week consists of 1-3 days per week, roughly 10-25 hours would be typical to start with the opportunity to increase and grow in our establishment as your skill sets grow.
•The dress code is chic, polished and business casual.
(No open toe shoes, athletic/street wear)
Compensation:
•Hourly ($17.00 - $20.00) plus tips.
