We are seeking professional, polished hosts who understand the importance of first impressions and guest flow in a high-volume NYC dining environment. Hosts are a key communication hub between guests, service teams, and management.

EXPECTATIONS:

• Previous hosting experience in NYC restaurants preferred
• Comfort working with reservation systems (Resy, OpenTable, or similar)
• Strong sense of urgency, guest awareness, and hospitality polish
• Ability to manage volume, walk-ins, and waitlists simultaneously.

AVAILABILITY:

• Open availability encouraged as we expand to daytime services.
• 
Flexibility during the opening and training period.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and pacing throughout service.
• Communicate effectively with floor managers and service staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand.
• Build rapport with neighborhood and returning guests.

COMPENSATION:

• Hourly: Starting at $17.50/hr. 
• Part-time & Full-time opportunities.

Food Runner/Busser


We are looking for a talented, experienced, and professional Food Runner/Busser to join our team.

We are looking to build a team that has a knack for hospitality, expects the best of themselves and their teammates, has a high level of awareness and can grow with us to offer unique and engaging experiences with the guests that frequent our restaurant every night.


APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:

•Open weekend availability, as well as some weeknight availability.

•Former experience in an upscale dining environment. 

•Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced and demanding environment that doesn't sacrifice the quality of service with quantity.

•Flexible schedule and ability to work nights, weekends and holiday's when needed. 

•Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours and able to move, pull, carry, or lift at least 40 pounds. 


DUTIES WILL INCUDE:

•Communicating and supporting with our expo and captains to provide a smooth and efficient service experience to our guests. 

•Supporting Captains in delivering our guests' beverage and food selections to designated tables.

•Assisting with clean up duties after the conclusion of service.


COMPENSATION:

•Hourly ($10.00) plus tips. 

•Part-time (2 days) & Full-time (3-4 days) positions available.
