Born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in Orlando, Florida Nicole has both southern hospitality with a big city flare woven into her personality. Starting off her career in Pastry she earned her culinary degree in Patisserie and Baking from Le Cordon Bleu. She quickly caught an interest in front of house while working as a pastry cook in Orlando and has been in Operations and Management ever since. For the short time she has lived in New York city she has worked for Eataly and now da Toscano. Nicole has a passion for people, hospitality, and operations. That partnered with her love of food, wine, and of course pastries she brings all of her knowledge and passion to the table.
