A Brooklyn native, Aaron boasts twenty years of culinary experience having worked in prominent kitchens throughout Manhattan. After studying at New York City’s French Culinary Institute, Aaron began his career at Caviar Russe, where he developed an eye for fine ingredients and exceptional service. He went on to work for several years at Todd English's Olives, was a part of the opening team at Eataly's, Manzo, under the tutelage of his mentor Michael Toscano. Aaron helped run the kitchens at Perla, Jeffreys Grocery, and Joseph Leonard. Aaron combines his knowledge and appreciation of rich ingredients, with his skillful home cooking technique. Aaron loves spending time with his eight-year-old son, enjoys studying Politics, playing Poker, and considers himself an expert at where to get the best pizza in N.Y.C.
